The deck has Plexiglas siding so you can enjoy the lake views of Big Bear while sitting in the spa!

On the lake level a huge game room contains a regulation pool table, foosball table, stone fireplace, TV, wet bar, a washer and dryer behind louvered doors, a full sized hideabed, and a love seat.

Second bedroom has it's own bath with hooks and numerous cubbies for the kids. It contains a queen bed, a bunk with a double and a twin. Cathedral ceilings.

Eagle Landing				This home will accommodate you and your guests in style! Big Bear lakefront with dock, and panoramic view of Big Bear lake and sunsets. 4800sq ft with 4 bedrooms plus, 3 complete baths, library and game room. On the main level, the living room features a massive stone fireplace, TV with VCR player, soaring windows and expansive deck with gas barbeque and upscale patio furniture. Kitchen has just been redone with granite counter tops, knotty alder cabinets, and 2 sinks which will accommodate several cooks! On the top level, the library (open to the living room below) takes advantage of the same soaring windows and that view! There are books (both children and adult) for you to enjoy. A comfortable couch with a good lamp is a favorite place for bedtime stories. A game table with a hanging lamp provides space to leave a puzzle-in-progress out of the general traffic patterns.
