This estate was once owned by Oscar de La Hoya, his personal retreat and home in Big Bear Lake. This spectacular estate sits on over an acre of land, which is a fenced and ***gated property.

The property has three buildings at the site; your use for your retreat stay would be the grand log home guest quarter retreat, which is 3500 square feet on the estate. The house is two stories with 3 huge bedrooms and 2.5 baths, loft game room with pool table, Miss Pac Man arcade game and bar.

The grand entry greets you with a spectacular great room with soaring ceilings and towering windows, to a superbly furnished living room with leather furnishings, large flat screen TV/VCR/DVD/Wi Fi and stereo system.

A wonderful fully operational kitchen and a massive dining room table for 8 people plus additional seating at the island counter bar for 2 more to enjoy the feast is provided. A laundry room and a ½ bath is on hand and available for your use on this first floor of this home.

The first two bedrooms are located on the main floor and each have TVs. The 1st bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 sets of bunk beds plus private full bath. The 2nd bedroom also has the queen size bed and 2 sets of bunk beds, private bath and a most unique free standing shower in the bedroom. A rollaway bed is on hand in the closet of one of the downstairs bedrooms. As you go up the grand staircase to the loft overlooking the incredible great living room, the loft game room offers full size pool table, Miss Pac Man arcade game, TV and a bar to watch and enjoy the fun. Enter into the massive and incredible master bedroom suite on this second floor to a room you’ll never put out of your mind. An enormous king size bed awaits you, wonderful sitting area with pine tree views, TV/VCR/stereo and personal balcony to take in. The master bath is marvelous; with colossal jetted spa tub and massive shower. The interior decoration and furnishings include many personal Oscar de La Hoya treasures and the boxer’s one time possessions. The outside amenities include a lovely landscaped property, and even a putting green and basketball area on the huge parcel of land. This is one of the most fantastic, amazing and astounding vacation rental that Big Bear Lake could offer.
